Background & Information

The Budget & Controller’s Office, together with Computing Services and Systems Development, has initiated an effort to develop a mechanism whereby financial information will be provided online in paperless fashion to the University community.  The intent is to provide users with the capability to more efficiently view and manipulate their data for effective management decision-making.

The project involves several components:

  • Phased rollout of online monthly financial “level” reports (underway)

  • Phased rollout of financial data warehouse querying access (will commence in 2009)

  • Integration of financial data with other critical university data (will commence in 2009)

To verify when your Responsibility Center/Department is projected to be provided access to the online level reports, see the “Proposed Implementation Timeline” link on the left.  Instructions for access are also provided in a link to a pdf file.
